Personal data processed
Personal data is processed through this site only if you complete the contact form. The data collected through the form is:
- Identity data: first name and surname
- Contact data: email address, telephone number
- Professional information: company name, field of activity
- Transaction data: the description you write in the form regarding your enquiry, together with the service, scope and timing you select
If you only browse the site without completing the form, we do not collect personal data ourselves. The hosting provider does keep technical server logs, which may contain an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. Those logs serve the operation and security of the server, are not combined with form data, and are kept only for a limited period.

- Preparing a proposal and conducting scope and pricing discussions
- Where a contract is concluded, performing the service and maintaining related communication
- Meeting legal obligations and exercising the right of defence in any dispute
Your data is not used for bulk marketing messages without your explicit consent, and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698 on the following grounds:
- (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- (ç) it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- (e) processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- (f) processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
Method of collection
Data is collected electronically and directly from you, by your completing the contact form on this site.
Transfers
Data you submit through the form is held with the hosting provider for this site and with the corporate email infrastructure provider. Those providers act as data processors and process the data only for the purpose of providing the service. Transfers may be made to authorised public authorities in the cases provided for by law. Beyond this, your personal data is not shared with third parties.
Retention
Once your enquiry has been concluded, where no contract is entered into your data is retained for a maximum of two years and is then deleted or anonymised. Where a contract is entered into, the retention period is determined by the limitation and retention obligations set out in the applicable legislation.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result adverse to you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Visitors in the European Economic Area
The data controller is established in Türkiye and this site is operated from Türkiye. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the data you submit is processed for the purposes set out above and is transferred to Türkiye as part of that correspondence. The rights described above are available to you in the same way, and any request can be sent to the same address.
